Delivery

Colorcable ApS strives to dispatch orders placed before 1 PM on the same day. Orders placed after that will be dispatched the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start from 29 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. We do not ship abroad to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

Your items will be shipped with GLS or DAO. Colorcable ApS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays by the carrier.

**Note**: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and the delivery company will notify you. If problems arise, please get in touch with customer service at the respective delivery company. Deliveries are made on all business days. Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after the order. Special delivery conditions apply to certain items, which will be specified before purchase.

Warranty: Right of Complaint

Following the Danish Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 2-year warranty covering material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect/error. Colorcable ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If a refund is due, please include your bank details, such as your registration and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic forms, as it is not sensitive and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you:

– Receive the order.
– Receive the last item in physical possession when several different items ordered in one order are agreed upon but delivered individually or in several rounds.
– Receive the last batch or part in physical possession when there is an agreement to deliver goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– Receive the first item in physical possession when regular delivery of goods over a specified period occurs.

You must not bear the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us simultaneously.
