Shipping and handling
Colorcable ApS strives to dispatch orders received before 5 pm the same day. Orders received later than 5 pm will be dispatched the following working day. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 39 (approximately €5). Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your goods will be sent by Post Nord or GLS. ColorCable cannot be held responsible for delivery delays at the delivery provider.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of by the delivery company. If there are any problems, please contact the customer service of the delivery company in question. Goods are delivered every working day of the week. Your item will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering. For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Return & exchange
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day
– Where you receive the order.
– Receive the last item in physical possession, in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several instalments.
– Take physical possession of the last lot, or last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period of time.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice of this.
Condition of the goods on return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered second-hand. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the goods without actually using them.
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us.
In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of cancellation, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of cancellation. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.
