Prices at Colorcable ApS
At Colorcable ApS all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out / discontinued items, just as the price may vary depending on delivery costs.
Colorcable ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.
Delivery of goods
Colorcable ApS strives to dispatch orders received before 17:00 the same day. orders thereafter are shipped the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 39 kr. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods will be sent by Post Nord or GLS. Colorcable cannot be held responsible for delivery delays at the delivery provider.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of by the delivery company. If there are any problems, please contact the customer service of the delivery company in question. Goods are delivered every working day of the week. Your item will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering. For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error. Colorcable ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments by cash on delivery.
In the case of a refund, please provide bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day cooling-off period for goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day
– When you receive the order.
– Get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several instalments.
– Take physical possession of the last lot, or last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period of time.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed Returns Form and send the item to our shipping partner:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the goods on return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered second-hand. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of cancellation, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of cancellation. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.
