Terms & conditions for Colorcable ApS

All prices are shown in DKK or EURO and include VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.
Prices do not include delivery charges. International orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. We reserve the right to change our products’ prices at anytime without further notice, and cannot be held liable for unavailable or out-of-stock products.
Colorcable accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, bank transfer.The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Shipping and handling
Colorcable strives to dispatch all orders received before 5 pm the same day. Orders received later than 5 pm will be dispatched the following weekday. All orders will be dispatched from our stock in Denmark, and the delivery cost may vary depending on the delivery address.
- SHIPPING IN DENMARK
Regardless of the order volume, a 15 € fee is added to cover delivery fees. Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. Colorcable ApS can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local custom
- SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
Regardless of the order volume, a 30 € fee is added to cover delivery fees. International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. Colorcable ApS can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local custom
Return & exchange
Colorcable accepts returns of any unwanted items free of charge within 30* days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 30 days, simply return it in its packaging.

Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received.
Once we have received the product and accepted the return, we will refund the payment to the credit card on which the product were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at Colorcable shop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact email@example.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
