Prices

At Colorcable ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We also reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items. Prices may vary depending on delivery costs.

Payment

Colorcable ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. The payment will be deducted from your account once the item is dispatched.

Delivery

Colorcable ApS strives to dispatch orders placed before 1 PM on the same day. Orders placed thereafter will be dispatched the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start from 29 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. We do not ship abroad, to the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.

Your items will be shipped with GLS or DAO. Colorcable ApS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays by the carrier.

**Note**: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified by the delivery company. If problems arise, please contact customer service at the respective delivery company. Deliveries are made on all business days. Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after the order. For certain items, special delivery conditions apply, which will be specified prior to purchasing these items.

Warranty: Right of Complaint

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect/error. Colorcable ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Refund

If a refund is due, please include your bank details in the form of registration and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic forms, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you:

– Receive the order.
– Receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.
– Receive the last batch or part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– Receive the first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You must not bear the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us at the same time.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You must not bear the direct costs of returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until the item has been properly returned. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used, which means that upon withdrawal, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, except delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned unless you have provided proof of returning it.

We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you and processing inquiries regarding your purchase.
